    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Sorry about this, most of our orders are delivered in about a week from the point of order. Please email us and we’ll check and come back to you as soon as we can!

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Most of our deliveries are made Monday to Friday of a normal working week. This means its unlikely that our couriers will deliver to you on a public holiday or the weekend.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    If you live anywhere in the UK we have you covered. Please note however, that if you live in the Highlands or Islands in Scotland, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands there may be a surcharge to pay.

    Do I need to pay customs charges?

    Outside of mainland Great Britain you may also have to pay customs charges upon arrival. This is out of our control and the shipping company will contact you directly. This would be a cost that you would need to cover. Although unlikely, it’s best to be prepared.
